2020年国际学生奖学金年度评审通知

各位奖学金生：

根据国家留学基金委《关于做好2020/2021学年中国政府奖学金年度评审工作的通知》（留金来一[2020]18号）、按照《乐动电竞_乐动体育appe国际学生奖学金评审管理办法（试行）》的要求，乐动电竞_乐动体育appe国际教育学院留学生办公室拟于3月31日开始开展国际奖学金生的年度评审工作。

请各位同学仔细阅读本通知的所有内容，在规定的时间内向留学生办公室提交《奖学金年度评审表》，仔细阅读“填写说明”，按要求填写，并于4月15日17:00点之前将《奖学金年度评审表》和2019年度的成绩单一起发送至留学生办公室邮箱：lxs@sus.edu.cn（邮件主题请写明：学号+中文姓名+2020年度评审）

一、评审对象：

① 2020年9月将继续享受奖学金待遇的所有奖学金生（包括全额奖学金和部分奖学金生）；

②2019年奖学金被中止、但2020年6月不毕业的中国政府奖学金生；

③ 已提交《中国政府奖学金延期申请表》的毕业生。

二、评审表填写及提交方式

受新冠疫情影响，学校尚未正式通知返校，请同学们在线填写pdf版评审表(随通知一起发送)并签名，下载成绩单，研究生二年级的学生请在评审表内填写论文开题的情况。并将评审表和成绩单用学号和中文名命名，电子邮件发送至：lxs@sus.edu.cn

三、表格及成绩单上交截止时间：4月15日17:00点，逾期未提交者视作放弃奖学金处理。

四、奖学金评审程序

①学生填写年度评审表；

②导师/辅导员填写评语；

③留学生办公室汇总评审结果报国际教育学院联席会审核；

④报乐动电竞_乐动体育appe国际学生奖学金评审领导小组审核；

⑤校内公示；

⑥上报国家留学基金委；

⑦书面通知学生评审结果（只针对未通过评审的学生）。

五、注意事项：

①2020年6月毕业/结业的奖学金生无需参加年度评审。

②无故不参加奖学金年度评审的学生，将取消下一年度的奖学金资格。

③逾期未按要求提交奖学金评审表和成绩单的学生，视作放弃奖学金处理。

④请按照自己的奖学金类别（CSC、SGS、SUS）填写相应的表格。

Notice ofScholarship Annual Reviewfor International Students2020

Dear Students:

The scholarshipannual review for international students is to start in theendofMarch, according to relative rules and regulationsfrom CSC and SUS, please read through this notice andsubmit on timetheForm for Annual Review of Scholarship Statusand read carefully the directions and fill it accordingly. Please be noted the following details:

1.Participants:

①all the international students whohave been grantedeither full or partial scholarship；

②The CSC students whose scholarship status was suspended in 2019 ,but will continue to study at SUS from Sept. 2020.

③The CSC students who have applied to delay his study duration.

2.How to fill and submit the form

As to the pandemic of COVID-19, most students are not on campus, so please fill the PDF review form (postgraduates of the second year need to state if you pass thesis/dissertation proposal or not in the form), which is to be attached with this notice, and download your transcript of 2019 (remarks of the whole year of 2019), send them tolxs@sus.edu.cn,please name your form and transcript docs with your student ID and your Chinese name.

3.Deadline of submitting documents

Before 17:00, April15^th, 2020

4.Procedures of Scholarship Annual Review

①Students fill the form and submit transcripts；

②Tutors or Supervisors make comments;

③The International Students Office evaluates scholarship students’comprehensiveperformance.

④The Office reports to the results to the School of International Education Committee;

⑤The Leader Group of International Students Scholarship Evaluation of SUS confirm the result submitted by the School of International Education;

⑥Public Announcement with SUS;

⑦Submit the results of CSC students to CSC.

⑧Inform the students who fail the Annual Review.

5.Notes:

①Those who are going to graduate in this June don’t need to submit their annual review form.

②Those who don’t participate the scholarship annual review,the qualification of scholarship will becanceledfrom this September.

③Those who don’t submit the annual review formon time,will be regarded to give upthe qualification of scholarshipautomatically.

④Please fill in the right form according to your scholarship type (CSC, SGS, SUS Scholarship).
